On October 16, 2023, i Love To Care (India) Charitable Trust had an opportunity to visit Sri Lanka and talks were initiated to partner with the Sri Lankans. Members from our organization were online who took active part in the discussion and proposals. The discussion was to introduce Millets for underprivileged children as their mid-day meal and a proposal was also put forth for training the locals for refurbishing batteries to enhance their livelihood. This project came under UNSDG 2 (Zero Hunger), UNSDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), UNSDG 4 (Quality Education), UNSDG 13 (Climate Action) and UNSDG 17(Partnerships for the Goals).
